As a community safety net for over 100 years, the Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) has transitioned from humble beginnings operating as a neighborhood health clinic in the basement of the Baden Street Settlement House, to the nine centers across Monroe and Ontario Counties today. The passion and commitment from supporters like you has helped Jordan Health continue “to provide community-based comprehensive health care of the highest quality with dignity and respect for all regardless of ability to pay”.
The Jordan Health Foundation supports Jordan Health achieve it's mission in the cities of Rochester and Canandaigua.
