Trillium Health

Over thirty years ago, the idea of creating a comprehensive, community-based health care center for people with HIV/AIDS was innovative and daring. Today, Trillium Health's model of treatment has been so successful that it has become a benchmark in long-term HIV care and the foundation upon which we have expanded services to all people with unmet healthcare needs. Trillium Health offers medical, preventive, and social services all under one roof, making it easier for patients to receive the complete care they need. Our expanded services include pediatrics, gynecologic health, and health care for the LGBT community. There is no other primary care facility or practice in the Rochester area that purposefully focuses on LGBT populations. Patients experience a positive, affirming environment at Trillium Health. Trillium Health's main office and clinic site is located in downtown Rochester. Our MOCHA Center, which connects LGBTQ people of color with events and programs that promote healthy living is located in downtown Rochester as well. Trillium Health also manages a syringe exchange program in downtown Rochester and operates a mobile outreach unit throughout the City of Rochester.
