New York Kitchen

New York Kitchen believes that a strong connection between people, place, and produce is essential to healthy lifestyles and thriving communities. We use the stories of agriculture, food and beverage to inspire creative exploration that educates, excites and engages the world in a celebration of the incredible bounty of New York State. Each day we drive this mission forward through educational hands-on cooking classes and programs, wine and craft beverage classes and experiences, industry certification courses and trainings, 100% New York State tasting room, and Junior Chef youth programming. At the heart of New York Kitchen’s educational mission is the Junior Chef program. These summer camps and year-round workshops empower and engage today’s youth ages 12-18 through local agriculture, food and fun in the kitchen. New York Kitchen offers hands-on cooking camps and workshops to students through partnerships with area afterschool programs providing a pathway for youth to reach their full potential, school field trips, and the general public. This is possible thanks to our generous donors and dedicated supporters.
